personal information from any 3Planets database to third parties.
Your email address is considered contact information for any host
names you register. 3Planets will only provide this information on
request to proper authorities and / or under a legitimate court
order. Please refer to our privacy
policy.
It is the responsibility of our advertisers to keep their email
address current, failure to do so may result in a termination of
your account.
Net Abuse Policy
3Planets reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any
host name at any time, on any of our servers, without any warning in
response to abuse of the network. 3Planets defines abuse as anything
that is illegal and/or degrades the network such as to affect other
users of 3Planets or the network in general.
3Planets feels that spam in any form, including but not limited
to, unsolicited commercial email, IRC messages and newsgroup and
parasite blog postings is a serious abuse of the network and will
not tolerate 3Planets 's good name being used in such a way. If you
choose to abuse the network or defame 3Planets in any way, your
account may be deleted immediately without refund and appropriate
legal action may follow from 3Planets, your ISP and/or any other
related parties.
Legal
3Planets’ various services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Any use of these services which violates any local, state,
provincial, federal, or international laws which may apply to
3Planets, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you or
your site may be subject to is strictly prohibited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3Planets from
any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses,
attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting
directly and/or indirectly from your use of the service which
damages either you, 3Planets, or any other party or parties without
limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless
agreement extends to all issues associated with your account with
3Planets or use of our services.
3Planets reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to
anyone at our sole discretion. We may deny you access to all or part
of our services without notice if you engage in any conduct or
activities that 3Planets in its sole discretion believes violates
any of the terms and conditions contained herein. 3Planets shall
have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of
services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for
any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of
notification.
3Planets makes no warranties or representations of any kind for
the services being offered. The service is provided on an "as
is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to
warranties of title, non infringement, or implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or
information given by 3Planets or its agents or employees shall
create a warranty.
3Planets provides no warranty that the service will be
uninterrupted or error-free. We assume no liability, expressed or
implied, for any downtime or loss of service for any reason.
If you are dissatisfied with 3Planets or any of its terms,
conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and
exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the 3Planets services.
3Planets reserves the right to monitor any and all communications
through or with our facilities. You agree that 3Planets is not
considered a "secure communications medium" for the
purposes of the ECPA, and that no expectation of privacy is
afforded.
When using our hosting services and/or setting up an account with
3Planets involving one or more domain names, you agree that you are
the person legally responsible for the use of the URL to which your
URL points and are at least 18 years of age or have your parent's or
legal guardian's permission before using our services.
You agree to adhere to these system policies as published online
along with any documents specifically linked with that document
and/or mentioned as part of system policy, privacy policy, general
policies, including restrictions on services available with each
account type, restrictions on certain features, and all other
policies designed to protect and enhance the quality and reliability
of service at 3Planets. You agree to abide by any and all future
3Planets decisions regarding the3Planets service offerings and
related services.
We do not allow adult (X-rated) sites or content on our servers.
All web sites hosted on our servers are for web site use only.
Our shared servers are not intended for use as file servers for
downloads of zips, MP3s, etc. If you have shareware files that are
large in size or other such files, they should be housed on our
dedicated hosting services that allows those types of large
downloads.
Our dedicated servers are less restrictive and common sense
practical use should be applied.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once our work is approved and / or hosting has been provided, we
do not offer refunds.
This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral
communication you may have had with 3Planets or any agent or
representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total
agreement between the parties.
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and
effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent
necessary to make it enforceable.
